I’m reaching out to you because I need your help. My Family’s Church (Galilee Church of God in Christ - Riverhead, NY) is in the midst of Phase 1 of our Capital Campaign Building Project. This is the Church that I grew up in. It was started by my Dad, the Late Supt Roy Pennon and my Mom, Dr. Lillian Pennon back in May 1975. Their youngest daughter and my Baby Sister, Bettina Pennon is now the Pastor and is carrying on the Ministerial work of my Dad and continuing to build The Legacy. The vision for Galilee COGIC includes an after school program, a mentoring program, a senior day program, a substance abuse and mental health counseling program, expanding our Food Pantry & Gently Used Clothing Distribution Program and so much more. Help Us…Help Ourselves. No donation is too small. So would consider sowing into this Ministry? I am working with my Children and Family Members in a Team Effort. We would greatly appreciate your help. Any donation amount is welcome and a donation of $300 or more will be displayed on our Donor Recognition Tree. OUR goal is to raise $50,000 on our Super-Sunday Service, which is June 2, 2024 @ 6PM. Bishop Frank Anthone White will be our Guest Speaker.
